Legal Assistant & Receptionist

Allison Penado joined the firm in April 2024. She grew up in Falls Church, VA. Graduated from West Virginia University with an associate degree in general studies, is still pursuing her bachelor’s degree in biology as well as another associate in paralegal studies. She has history in improving disparities in low-income communities through volunteer work and advocating for others’ rights.

Allison hopes her career in law sets a path for herself in advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations through law and policy, specifically immigration.
