The Role
This is a full-scope civil litigation role with real responsibility and real independence. You will represent plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation matters—ranging from contract and business disputes to personal injury and complex claims—managing cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts You will serve as lead or key counsel on your matters, managing cases from initial demand through resolution—whether by motion, settlement, or trial—and through appeal when appropriate.
You’ll handle:
- Case strategy and client counseling
- Pleadings, discovery, and motions practice
- Depositions and witness preparation
- Negotiation and mediation
- Trial preparation and court appearances
Your work will span state and federal courts across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. You’ll be supported by a seasoned, accessible team that is invested in your success—but you’ll also be trusted to take ownership of your cases.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a lawyer who desires their professional life to reflect their faith and is looking for a firm where that integration is both supported and expected.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with 5-10+ years of experience preferred
- Active bar admission in Virginia or eligibility to waive in. Maryland and DC bar admission is a plus
- Demonstrated litigation experience
- Judicial clerkship
