The mission of Simms Showers LLP is to serve, defend and protect all clients in a Christ-centered fashion with excellence as unto God.
The vision of Simms Showers LLP is to integrate our faith into the practice of law with excellence to help people and glorify God.
This means our core values are that:
- We seek to give excellent and Godly legal counsel to people of faith and others in need (Psalm 1).
- We will serve our clients with integrity and faithfulness, even above personal profit, and regardless of that client’s religious affiliation, background, or belief. (Philippians 2:3-4).
- We seek to do justice and love mercy (Micah 6:8).
- We believe that law is ultimately a reflection of God’s righteous character. All lawful authority is from God (Romans 13). The law as it is written and applied on the earth ought to be in conformity with God’s character.
- We will promote Biblical dispute resolution and reconciliation where we are able (1 Corinthians 6:1-8 and Matthew 18).
- When litigation is called for, since we believe that God has created each human being with immense value and dignity as being made in His image (Genesis 1-2), we will defend the God-given and lawful rights of our clients with diligent representation.
- We seek to protect the rights of conscience and religious liberty that support and underlie the other God-given rights that we hold dear.
