Ms. Ruby regularly practices in the areas of Church and Nonprofit Law, Appellate Litigation, Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining, and Employment Law. During law school, Ms. Ruby gained experience in civil litigation while serving as a law clerk for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Professional Boards Prosecution Section. She also worked for Sentara Health Systems, Office of General Counsel, where she gained experience in business organizations, regulation compliance, and contracts.
After graduating law school, Ms. Ruby served for two years as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Randolph A. Beales of the Court of Appeals of Virginia in Richmond.
