Catherine Benson is an Associate of the Firm. Her practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation for both defendants and plaintiffs, businesses and individuals in both the state and federal Courts in cases involving contracts, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, trade secrets, professional liability, wrongful death, and complex insurance disputes including excess carrier and workers compensation disputes. Ms. Benson also handles commercial mediations and arbitrations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Benson was an associate at a large international law firm where she practiced for nearly seven years. When not practicing law, Ms. Benson is a small business owner and can be found on the trail educating children and adults with her ten Siberian Husky sled dogs.
